Current Guidelines
We are here to help!
We have taken several steps to avoid potential delays in our service because of the recent Covid-19 pandemic and also our obligation as a retailer to keep our customers safe.
While the service we provide remains largely ‘business as usual’ and covers most of the UK, currently, we are not delivering to some parts such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Offshore English Isles.
Our delivery drivers follow all the current guidelines to make sure all customers are safe. Due to current situation our offices, warehouses and factory are close to public.
We understand that for everybody, this is a worrying time. Taking this in consideration, we added additional safety measures in place so that you can shop confidently with us.
- You can order 24/7 online with us
- We can deliver it safely to you as soon as tomorrow
We will not deliver them to your room, but we can still deliver them to your front door. If you would prefer to reschedule your delivery, please let us know.
We’ll do everything we can to make sure this doesn’t affect you
To cope with the current situation, our delivery crews have been thoroughly equipped. The steps put in place by us are as follows:
- Wear gloves that are disposed of after each delivery by all delivery crews
- Both delivery crews bring face masks that are disposed of for any delivery
- After each delivery, the delivery teams sanitise their whole arms as well as use anti-bacterial wipes to disinfect the interior of their vehicles
- Maintaining the public’s confidence and openness, specifically communicating the steps we each take to combat the virus
- Low contact and contact less delivery procedure
As we continue to collaborate, we are devoted to coordinate around these measurements to the fullest degree possible, while acknowledging gaps in approach and clarifying its implementation. Sharing and acting on the latest results, analysis and science; ensuring that all of the people we represent are supplied with our collective response.
In order to strengthen our procedures in every way possible, we are actively collaborating with the local authorities and will shortly introduce the use of full hazmat suits that the delivery teams will wear.
If you wish, our delivery crews will be able to transport the goods to prevent the transmission of the infection and secure all parties without having any direct contact with you. You will be asked if this is what you would like to do on the pre-call telephone.
When we will deliver the product ensure that you advise the delivery crew where the goods shall be placed. They will set up your new item in the room you have advise them. You will not have to sign any document. After the delivery crew will return in their vehicle, you will receive a message to confirm that you received the order.
Please give us a call to let us know about your delivery requirements which we will do our utmost to accommodate
Upon arrival our delivery team will alert you that they are there either by calling you or knocking on the door.
The delivery crew will then take the goods to the desired room as requested and you can stay in a different room to maintain social distancing or accompany them into the room if you are comfortable to do so.
If you have opted for contact less delivery, we’ll need you to contact us to confirm that your delivery has been received.
We hope that the procedures laid out on this page help to put your mind at ease, and if you have any questions, or need clarification, do please get in touch with us.
Stay safe,
